Our program offers a range of services, including transportation to and from medical appointments, community events, social outings, and other activities. Our support workers are trained and experienced in providing transport support to individuals with disabilities, and they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to ensure that our participants' travel needs are met. We take the time to understand each participant's specific needs and develop a personalised transport support plan that aligns with their individual goals and requirements. In addition to transport support, we also provide travel support services for participants who require assistance with planning and organising their travel arrangements. Our team can help with booking accommodation, flights, and other travel-related services.
